Jill Richardson Senior Studio Manager

Ms. Richardson holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Statistical Analysis from Cleveland State University.

Upon graduation, Jill joined Central Reserve Life Insurance as an analyst, before pursuing a sales career. As a sales executive, Jill enjoyed a successful management level career in wireless communications, holding various positions with Cellular One and PageMart Wireless.

During this time, Jill was recognized on several occasions for her high sales volume and rose to the position of District Sales Manager for the Cleveland area. As manager, Jill was charged with oversight of a sales force of thirteen plus representatives and was ultimately awarded the position of Area Manager for the entire greater Cleveland market.

Seeking to transfer her success to a different industry, Jill pursued a career in the medical field and accepted a position with Novartis Nutrition. There, she gained new experience in working with physicians in the Trauma Unit, the Intensive Care Unit, and the operating room. During her time there, she received awards for sales excellence as well as for her ability to work well with others and unite her team.

Jill has brought her management experience and people skills to the studios of Richardson Design. She is responsible for payroll, Accounts Payable/Receivable and general office operations.
